High security cover for Bachchan family

Mumbai, Sept 16 (UNI) Taking into consideration the threat perception to Samajwadi MP Jaya Bachchan on her recent remarks during the parliament session seeking government support to the film industry and also attacking those for tarnishing the image of the entertainment world, police on Wednesday strengthened the security and deployed extra security outside the Bachchans’ residence at Juhu.
Mumbai Guardian Minister Aslam Shaikh on Wednesday said that in view of the threat perception, security has been increased for the Bachchan family, after they were trolled and harassed in the wake of veteran actress-turned-politician's statements in the Rajya Sabha.
He also said that the Mumbai Police's Cyber Cell will also probe into the trolling and virulent social media posts that have targeted the Bachchans.
