High level MHA committee interacted with Tripura parties

Agartala, Oct 12 (UNI) The high level committee constituted by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to evaluate the socio-economic, cultural and linguistic development issues of the indigenous population of Tripura as a pre-poll commitment of BJP of forging alliance with tribal based IPFT led by special secretary, internal security Rina Mitra completed it’s first visit today.
According to report, they have recorded the statement of different political parties. They will also make interaction with other stakeholders and beneficiaries. The committee will submit its report within two months of formation of the committee.
The high level committee members yesterday had interacted with BJP, Congress, CPIM, CPI, IPFT and INPT and accepted their memorandums in support of their demands and proposals for development of tribal population.
