Henriques ends Australian domestic career, sets eyes on Portugal stint

New Delhi, Jul 16 (UNI) Former Australia all-rounder Moises Henriques has announced his retirement from New South Wales cricket and the Sydney Sixers, ending a remarkable 22-year domestic career.
The 39-year-old, Australia's most-capped domestic cricketer with 420 appearances across all formats for NSW and the Sixers, decided to retire after not being offered a contract for the upcoming Big Bash League season.
Henriques, who underwent back surgery in February, captained the Sixers to the BBL 15 final last season and also featured in five matches as New South Wales won the One-Day Cup.
