Hemant govt. has failed to tackle Coronavirus: Deepak Prakash

Ranchi, Jul 13 (UNI) State BJP president Deepak Prakash said that Hemant Government had failed to tackle Coronavirus as from day one the government had never shown any intent to fight the pandemic.

He said, neither lockdown had been properly implemented in the state nor testing facilities have been increased. He said since the beginning, the BJP had warned the state government but Hemant Government remained busy in self appreciation and getting cheap publicity.

He said that the number of Coronavirus has been increasing in the state but the government instead of improving the arrangements was sitting ideal. Mr Prakash said, when there are lack of beds in the hospitals of capital then it can be easily understood the condition of the rural areas.

The Rajya Sabha MP said that people are in a panic after news of lack of beds has spread among the people. He said the government was more focused on awarding contracts and transfer and posting.
