Helpdesk operationalised by DGFT for COVID-19 related export, import issue

New Delhi, Mar 26 (UNI) For any COVID-19 related export or import issue, a helpdesk has been operationalized by Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) in the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Exporters and importers can directly flag their issues through various channels including its platform,

Earlier in the day, the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade set up a control room to monitor in real time the status of transportation and delivery of goods, manufacturing, delivery of essential commodities to common man and the difficulties being faced by various stakeholders during the 21-day lockdown period.
