Hyderabad, Sep 27 (UNI) Heavy to extremely heavy rainfall is likely to occur at isolated places in Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal (Rural), Warangal (Urban), Jangaon, Siddipet, Kamareddy districts of Telangana during the next 24 hours, Meteorological Centre said on Monday.
In a bulletin here, it said that heavy to very Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Suryapet, Yadadri Bhuvangiri, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak districts of the state during the same period.
Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Nalgonda, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet, Jogulamba Gadwal districts of Telangana during the next 24 hours.
Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning and gusty winds speed ranging 30-40 KMPH is likely to occur at isolated places in all the districts of state during the same period.
Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in the districts Adilabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak, Kamareddy of Telangana on September 28.
Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in all districts of Telangana during the same period.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at many places or at few places in the state during the next five days, the bulletin said.
Southwest monsoon has been active in Telangana during the last 24 hours.
Heavy rain occurred at isolated places in Khammam, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mahabubabad, Adilabad and Kamareddy districts of the state during the same period.
Rain occurred at many places in Telangana during the same period, the bulletin added.
