Srinagar, Jan 25 (UNI) Rail run between Badgam in central Kashmir to Baramulla in north was again suspended today owing to heavy snowfall, while that from Srinagar to Banihal in Jammu region functioned normally. A railway official told UNI that there was more than one feet of fresh snowfall on the track between Badgam to Baramulla during the night. No train could operate on this track so far as snow clearance operation was still on though snowfall in some areas was also continuing. He said train service on the route will be resumed once snow clearance operation is over. Yesterday, three train services were suspended on this route due to snowfall. However, he said, train run between Srinagar to Anantnag-Qazigund in south Kashmir to Banihal in Jammu region was operating though there was some delay. UNI BAS SB ADG 1023
