Hyderabad, May 30 (UNI) Heat wave conditions is likely to prevail at a few pockets in the districts of Adilabad, Komaram Bheem, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Manchrial, Rajanna-Sircilla , Peddapalli, Karimnagar, Jayashankar-Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Mahabubabad, Bhadradri-Kothaguem, Warangal-Urban, Warangal-Rural, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Jangoan, Kamareddy, Medchal-Malakajgiri and Mahabubnagar of Telangana during the next 24 hours, Meteorological Centre warned on Saturday.
In a bulletin here, it also warned that thunderstorm with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next five days.
Further, it also warned that thunderstorm accompanied with lightning, and gusty winds (30-40 KMPH) is likely to occur at isolated places in the districts Adilabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Medak, Sangareddy, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy Medchal-Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, Mahabubnagar, Jogulamba-Gadwal and Narayanpet of Telangana on May 31 and June 1.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next five days.
Maximum temperature is likely to be around 41 degree celsius to 44 degree Celsius at isolated pockets in Rayalaseema during the next 48 hours, the bulletin said.
