Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jun 28 2016 8:04PM Health Interactive session at JipmerPuducherry, June 28(UNI) The 26th Interactive session of the Jipmer Health Education initiative focusing on “Myths & Facts in Blood Donation and Donor Health” was held today with active participation of 300 people including voluntary blood donors, voluntary blood donation camp organizers, students from various colleges, Public and JIPMER staff members. According to a Jipmer release, the program focused on creating public awareness on the need, importance and concerns regarding blood donation with specific emphasis on donor health. The session started with presentations from the Department of Transfusion Medicine, JIPMER. The panel members from Department of Transfusion Medicine are Dr. B. Abhishekh, Assistant Professor, Dr. G. Sridhar, Junior Resident, Dr. K. Sujitha, Junior Resident, Smt.
