HC grants interim bail to suspended RJD MLA

Patna, Aug 20 (UNI) Patna High Court today granted interim bail to suspended RJD MLA and a rape accused Raj Ballabh Yadav to perform last rites of his father.
After hearing arguments on the petition filed by Yadav, Chief Justice Iqbal Ahmed Ansari granted interim bail and also directed him to appear before the court on September 5.
Yadav had surrendered before a court in Biharsharif on March 10 this year after evading arrest in the rape case for nearly one month.
