Chandigarh, Aug 10 (UNI) Adhering to the zero-tolerance policy of Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has submitted a report about inquiries registered in the month of June, 2020, on the directions of the state government and 19 inquiries which were completed.
The State Vigilance Bureau had started a campaign to curtail the tendency of government employees to indulge in corruption and these inquiries were initiated under this campaign.
An official spokesperson of the Bureau on Monday said that during the month of June this year three government employees were caught red-handed while accepting bribe money starting from Rs 8,000 to Rs 13,000 and separate cases were registered against them under Prevention of Corruption Act.
