Haryana's new sports policy encourages youth

Chandigarh, Dec 30 (UNI) Haryana Government’s new policy encouraged the youth of the state towards sports as it is providing cash prizes and jobs to promising players.
While addressing a gathering on the occasion of ‘International Day for University Sports in India’ organised at Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak on Sunday Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said Haryana has emerged as the hub of sports because of this new sports policy.
He said that the sports persons of the state have won laurels for the country as well as state by winning medals in sports competitions at national and international level.

UP: Six get lifer for murder of BSP MLA Raju Pal in 2005
