Haryana registers 751 new COVID cases, 9 deaths

Chandigarh, Aug 7 (UNI) Haryana on Friday recorded 751 new cases of COVID-19 along with nine more deaths from the virus, taking the total number of cases to 40,054 and death toll to 467 in the state.
Meanwhile, the active cases in the state reached 6143 and the number of recovered patients 33,444, an official health bulletin said here.
According to the bulletin, the virus claimed three lives in Rewari district, two in Panipat and one life each in Karnal, Ambala, Kurukshetra and Fatehabad districts today.
