Haryana police nabs wanted criminal from Sonipat district

Chandigarh, June 20 (UNI) Haryana Police has succeeded in arresting a most wanted criminal, carrying a reward of Rs 25,000. allegedly involved in half a dozen cases of murder, attempt to murder and loot from Sonipat district.
Stating this here on Wednesday, a Police department spokesman said the accused had been identified as Manjit of Garhmirkpur village in Sonipat. He was produced in the court and sent to the judicial custody.
He added that a case was registered against Manjit, Raju, Akshay and three other unidentified persons on the basis of a complaint filed by Manish Kumar regarding murder of his father at Rai Police Station on April 12, 2018.
