Haryana Police: 369 drivers challaned for dangerous driving in Gurugram

Panchkula, Jul 11 (UNI) Haryana Police on Saturday said Gurugram Traffic Police issued 369 challans and imposed fines totalling ₹18.90 lakh during a month-long special enforcement drive against dangerous driving across the city.
According to a Haryana Police spokesperson, the campaign was conducted from June 1 to June 30, 2026, with traffic personnel intensifying surveillance on motorists found driving in a rash and reckless manner on major roads and intersections.
The spokesperson said action was taken against drivers indulging in dangerous driving, with challans issued under the relevant provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act.
