Haryana: Man apprehended for allegedly murdering wife in Gurugram

Panchkula, June 13 (UNI) Haryana Police have apprehended a 40-year-old man for allegedly murdering his wife with a hammer in Farrukhnagar area of Gurugram, officials said tonday.
According to police, Police Station Farrukhnagar received information from a hospital at around 9:30 a.m. on June 13 regarding a woman who had been brought there in a deceased condition.
Acting on the information, a police team immediately reached the hospital and conducted a preliminary examination of the deceased. During the initial inquiry, it emerged that Pooja (35) had allegedly been killed by her husband, who is accused of attacking her with a hammer.
