Haryana govt asks depts to incorporate disciplinary proceedings of HRMS

Chandigarh, Nov 16 (UNI) Making disciplinary cases monitoring system as an integral part of Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Haryana government has asked all the departments to incorporate the complete information of disciplinary proceedings under Rule 7 and 8 of all the employees in HRMS to easily monitor such cases and to prevent delay at any stage.
An official spokesman on Thursday said this would help the dealing authorities to take the next step without any confusion and lack of clarity. The new system would not only help to monitor disciplinary cases but also useful in dealing with the extension in service cases or any other related matters.
He said NIC had already been requested to make the provisions of Annual Confidential Report (ACR) and integrity, status of disciplinary proceedings and vigilance clearance in HRMS for collective monitoring of such cases and their finalization in a time bound manner.
