Haryana cabinet approves amendment in development and regulation of urban areas rules

Chandigarh, Jun 25 (UNI) Haryana cabinet, which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar here, on Tuesday approved the amendment in Rule 13 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules 1976.
As per the amendment, the simple interest, if chargeable, will be imposed at applicable rate on the proposed renewal license fee for the default period. The amendment intends to extend the same principle over integrated colonies and thus was also intended to have retrospective effect from March 7, 1976.
