Haryana allows sports-related activities in stadia/ sports complex

Chandigarh, Jun 3 (UNI) Haryana government has allowed sports training and other related activities in sports complex and stadia across the state, while strictly adhering to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by Central Government for the containment of COVID-19.
A spokesperson of the Sports and Youth Affairs department on Wednesday said that as movement of individuals shall remain strictly prohibited between 2100 hrs to 0500 hrs because of night curfew, trainees shall be allowed to train/practice only after 0500 hrs and before 2100 hrs.
He informed that the gymnasium and swimming pool would not be allowed to open under any circumstances. Trainers need to take heat conditions into account, when designing a training programme.
