Harsh winter added to misery of pandemic-hit homeless people

New Delhi, Jan 19 (UNI) The Corona pandemic induced lockdown curtailed employment opportunities for the homeless significantly, now the harsh winter has further compounded their misery.
Though the Delhi government has announced plans for setting up of additional infrastructure for supporting the homeless we find that there still remains a massive shortage of infrastructure for supporting the homeless.
