Guv lauds CRPF for maintaining law & order, smooth conduct of Amarnath yatra

Srinagar, Jul 20 (UNI) Governor Satya Pal Malik on Saturday lauded the role of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in maintaining law and order and smooth conduct of ongoing Amarnath yatra.
An official spokesperson said that Ravideep Singh Sahi, Inspector General, CRPF and Rajesh Kumar, Inspector General (Operations) CRPF, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here on Saturday.
“They briefed Governor about their respective areas of responsibility and also extended an invitation for the 81st Raising Day celebrations of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on July 27, 2019 at Srinagar,” he said.
