Guv felicitates winners of state level on the spot painting competition

Ranchi, Sep11 (UNI) Jharkhand Governor cum Chairperson of the state child welfare council Draupadi Murmu said that there was no dearth of talent among the children of the state all they needed was proper guidance and encouragement.
Addressing a gathering after felicitating the winners of state level on the spot painting competition at the Raj Bhawan here, she said that she was very happy with the fact that the children of Jharkhand have special interest in art, music and dance. She said that those children who have not managed to win should not lose their hearts but should rather maintain their efforts as they will indeed get success.
The Governor also lauded the performance by the divyang children and said that they too have no lack of talent and have excelled in various fields.
