Gujarat: 11 youths detained for consuming liquor

Ahmedabad, Oct 21 (UNI) Police on Monday detained 11 people, from a house in Bavla area on the outskirts of Ahmedabad city from a birthday party for consuming liquor in dry state Gujarat.
Police said,"On a tip off, 11 were nabbed from a house in Kingsville society in Adorada village. The detained youths belong to elegant families of Ahmedabad and Rajkot."

All the 11 including the birthday boy from Thaltej area in Ahmedabad, were arrested in drunk condition, police said.
Mobile phones and luxurious cars worth around Rs one crore were also seized from the spot.
