Guilty to be booked if negligence found : Anil Deshmukh

Nagpur, Jan 23 (UNI) Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on Saturday said that the forensic report into the January nine Bhandara hospital fire is expected soon and if anybody is found guilty of negligence in the incident, legal action would be taken against them.
10 newborn babies, admitted in the Special Neonatal Care Unit of the Bhandara district hospital, had lost their lives in the fire incident while seven others were rescued.
While addressing a press conference here, Deshmukh said, "the forensic laboratary report in the Bhandara hospital fire incident will come today. If the report findings discloses that the incident was caused due to negligence, a case will be filed against the guilty by Bhandara police."
