GUDA to mobilise lands for housing under land pooling system

Kakinada, Dec 4 (UNI) Godavari urban development authority (GUDA) vice chairman R. Amarendra Kumar on Wednesday said that lands required for housing to the poorer sections were being mobilised from the interested land owners under land pooling system.

He told media persons here today that under the AP Metropolitan region and urban development authority guidelines the infrastructure facilities would be developed in the lands so acquired by land pooling system.

Later the share of the developed land to the land owners would be restored. He said the government would later decide the proportionate share of the developed land between the GUDA and the land owners.

He further said the land owners interested to part their lands under land pooling system were advised to approach the GUDA by December 25 evening . GUDA secretary G. Sanyasirao, CPO Ramkumar were among those attended.
