Grievance redressal is govt's top priority: HP Minister

Dharamshala, Sep 21 (UNI) Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Sarveen Chaudhary on Monday said resolving the problems of the people is state government's top priority.
"On one hand the government has kept the doors open for the general public and on the other hand it is going to people at their door steps to redress their grievances", the Minister told UNI after listening to the grievances of the people at Shahpur Rest House.
She said that the Chief Minister's Service Resolution Helpline-1100 was started with an aim to bring the government closer to the people and to solve their problems in the state expeditiously adding that a person sitting in any corner of this hill state can now register his or her complaint by calling toll-free number-1100.
