Govt. to invest Rs 12,000 crore in Infrastructure sector: Firhad Hakim

Kolkata, Feb 24 (UNI) Minister of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Firhad Hakim today said the West Bengal Government has a plan to invest 12,000 crore in infrastructural projects.
Inaugurating Premiere Properties Summit,2018, here, he said, '' Government. Of West Bengal
has a plan to invest 12,000 crore in infrastructural projects. Also it is very important to have an one window platform in the realty segment. Now the sector is facing a recess period due to some facors. Fraudulent real estate activities are one of the strong oppositions we have. There are so many promoting companies are present who didn't have the land at least but they are rushing with publicities and cheating people's hard earned money. Realty Corpus there certifies the projects in reality too."
