ParliamentPosted at: Jan 5 2018 8:06PM Govt has asked states to ensure payment of MSP to farmers: Radha Mohan SinghNew Delhi, Jan 5 (UNI) The government on Friday said that it had written to state governments to ensure that farmers were given the minimum support price set by the government for 22 commodities.``We have set up a committee and will soon hold a workshop with agriculture officers, other stakeholders and NITI Ayog for evolving a mechanism whereby farmers were given MSP,’’ Minister for Agriculture Radha Mohan Singh said in the Rajya Sabha during Question Hour.
