According to the complainant, for issuing a No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the forest department for his NA land Suresh Chavan, a clerk who had already accepted an amount of Rs 3,50,000 from the complainant demanded Rs 50,000 to get the work completed, an Anti-Corruption Bureau(ACB) statement said.
