Govt elected in UP, to bring progress, busy settling family disputes: Cong

New Delhi, Oct 24 (UNI) Reacting to the ongoing rift within the Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh, the Congress today said it was unfortunate that the Government elected in UP to bring progress in the state, was busy settling family disputes.
Talking to reporters here, AICC Spokesperson R P N Singh said that Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi, through his kisan yatra, had brought focus on the problems faced by the people of Uttar Pradesh.
''Rahul Gandhi, in 26 days, covered yatra from Deoria to Delhi. During the yatra, he brought to focus the problems that Uttar Pradesh face. He brought to focus the plight of farmers, plight of the landless, the poor and the fact that there were no opportunities for the youth.
