Govt allot funds to Calicut Medical College Hospital for medicines, life saving equipments

Kozhikode, Jun 25 (UNI) Thanks to the intervention and criticism by the Muslim Youth League, the Kerala government has alloted funds for Medicines and Life Saving Equipments, on Tuesday.
Following this, the District Collector had convened a meeting of the distributors of medicines and equipments, who has assured the supply forthwith. The suppliers were assured of payment of dues to them.
The Muslim Youth League, the youth arm of the Indian Union Muslim League had on Monday alleged that the Government was diverting funds meant for health care to other purposes.
