Governor inaugurates International Folk Dance Festival Kullu Dussehra-2022

Shimla, Oct 5 (UNI) HP Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar Inaugurated the International Folk Dance Festival Kullu Dussehra-2022 today evening at the famous Lal Chand Prarthi Kala Kendra in Kullu.
While greeting the people on the occasion of Dussehra festival, the Governor said that Kullu is famous for its unique Dussehra festival. He said, nature has blessed Himachal Pradesh with amazing beauty and Kullu-Manali is famous all over the world for its unique natural beauty. The Governor said that the folk culture of Himachal Pradesh was very rich and the people of the state had preserved this culture even today. He said, India is a country with a wonderful diverse culture and the imprint of this diversity is also visible in the folk culture of Himachal Pradesh.
The Governor said that the Prime Minister had termed the period till the year 2047 as 'Amrit Kaal' for India. During this period, every countryman should contribute his best to make India a prosperous nation.
