Bengaluru, Feb 6 (UNI) GoSports Foundation CEO Deepthi Bopaiah was among the 75 high achievers and five outstanding achievers from India across various categories, who were conferred with the first-ever India UK Achievers Honours in London on January 25.
The India UK Achievers Honours were created to celebrate the achievements of Indian students who studied at British universities and to mark 75 years of India's independence.
Deepthi, who was also awarded by the Foreign Commonwealth Development office with the Chevening Gurukul Fellowship at the University of Oxford in 2020, was conferred with the India UK Achievers Honour under the sports category in recognition of her contribution to the development of the Indian sports ecosystem.
