GoaMiles registers 75,000 downloads on iOs App, 1.10 lakh on Android App

Panaji, Feb 10 (UNI) GoaMiles, the first App-based taxi service in the state, has registered 75,000 downloads on the iOs Application and over 1,10,000 downloads of the Android app during the last six months of its launch.
Goa Miles had begun six months backs with an idea to revolutionise the state with a taxi-based app. With only 150 taxis in the start of its initiation, it has now managed to cover more than 1000 taxis over the last six months and more joining in with every passing day.
Speaking to UNI, Parashar Pai Khot, Director (Operations Head), said, ''Day by day we are growing up. Daily we are getting over 5000 clicks. I will accept that we are short of vehicles, we need more vehicles. We started with 145 vehicles and within six months we have reached to have 1000 plus vehicles.''
Goa Miles Managing Director Utkarsh Dabhade said, “Our objective is to make the facility cashless and online. We are there to provide the best rates & ease of booking anytime- anywhere, not to forget the packages which are also pocket friendly. On a growth part, yes it has been a wonderful journey so far and we want to capture 80 percent of the Goa market in the next two years.”
