Panaji, Mar 19 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led coalition government in Goa will go for a floor test in the state assembly on Wednesday as Goa Governor Mridula Sinha has a day-long session of the assembly.
A statement from the Department of Information and Publicity said, 'Governor Mridula Sinha has summoned the Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa, to meet at Assembly Hall on March 20, 2019 at 11.30 a.m.'
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant had said on Monday that the government had recommended that floor test be done on Wednesday and on Tuesday, after taking charge as chief minister, he exuded confidence to win the test.
