GMRHIA features as 3rd fastest growing Airport in world in passenger growth: ACI

Hyderabad, Sep 18 (UNI) GMR Hyderabad International Airport (GMRHIA) has featured as the third fastest growing airport in the world in terms of passenger growth.
Airports Council International (ACI) in a release on Tuesday revealed the findings as per its latest World Airport Traffic Report, ranking Hyderabad Airport as the 3rd and 2nd fastest growing airport in the world and India, respectively, in the category of >15 Million Passengers per Annum.
The release said the GMRHIA registered a passenger growth of 21.9 per cent in 2018 over the corresponding year, a statement here said on Wednesday.
