Giridhari Homes launches Rs 155 cr new project 'Happiness Hub'

Hyderabad, Aug 12 (UNI) Giridhari Homes on Friday said that it has recently launched a Rs 155 crore new project called 'Happiness Hub' in Kismatpur town in Ranga Reddy district on the outskirts of the city.
The project is being constructed with 3 towers in G+5 floors consisting of 570 flats on about 5.47 acres and it had received all approvals from the RERA, Giridhari Homes said in a release here.
The flat price has been fixed at Rs 5,500 per sq.ft and the last sizes vary from 1,033 sq.ft to 1,601 sq.ft.
The project will be completed by December 2025.
Company Managing Director Indrasena Reddy said the height of the towers has been limited to only five floors to ensure that the buyers remain always happy, with abundant light and air.
The company is planning to take up new projects worth Rs 1,500 crore and begin construction in about three million square feet within the next one year.
Kismatpur area is not only close to nature but also has high potential for development.
Himayat Sagar Lake with an area of more than 40,000 acres is located near this project.
Within the radius of 10 km from TSPA (APPA) junction, there is Mrigavani Park in 6,000 acres and Army Area in 3,000 acres and Agricultural University in more than 6,000 acres of open space, he said.
A metro rail station also is proposed to be developed in this area Reddy said.
The main attraction of the project is the club house. The towers in the project have been named Ananda, Ahlada, Ameya and Adhbutha, he added.
