Geelani, Mirwaiz, 23 other invited for international seminar on Kashmir in Pak

Srinagar, May 20 (UNI) As many as 25 people, including separatists, journalists and lawyers, have been invited for two-day international seminar on 'Kashmir conflict' in Pakistan from June 1.
Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST) Islamabad, which is organising the seminar titled, ‘Kashmir Conflict in Global Perspective’, has invited six separatist leaders, including hardline Hurriyat Conference (HC) chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani, who continues to remain under house arrest sinec his return from Delhi last month, moderate HC chairman Mirwaiz Maulvi Umar Farooq and Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Yasin Malik.
However, barring Mr Geelani, Mirwaiz amd Malik besides six others, all other invitees have confirmed their participation in the seminar.
