Gas leakage explosion kills nine miners in Kohat

Islamabad, Sep 12 (UNI) At least nine labourers lost their lives after an explosion occurred at a coal mine in Kohat’s Darra Adam Khel on Wednesday, according to a Dunya News report.
According to details, the blast took place due to leakage of gas when 11 labourers were busy in their work inside the mine.
The rescue teams have recovered dead bodies of nine people and one in injured condition. The process is underway to rescue the last worker.
The security personnel said that the victims belonged to Shangla district.
