Fundamental rights were ceased during emergency, proclamation of which was totally wrong: Nitish

Patna, Mar 3 (UNI) Retorting sharply over the statement of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi regarding Emergency proclaimed by Congress in the country, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today said that everyone was aware that it's proclamation was wrong.
While talking to the news persons in state legislature premises, Mr Kumar said that the statement of Rahul Gandhi regarding emergency was his personal view.
A nation-wide movement was pioneered against emergency under the leadership of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan he said, adding that large number of people were arrested during emergency, proclamation of which had seized the fundamental rights.
