Functioning of GCA not affected: GCA VP

Panaji, Jun 23 (UNI) Vice-president of Goa Cricket Association (GCA) Venkatesh Ganesh Prabhu-Dessai today said that day to day functioning of the association has not been affected following the arrest of its three top office-bearers.
Addressing a press conference at Porvorim, he said, ''There is absolutely no problem. Day to day affairs are being looked after by our Joint Secretary and all the GCA members are attending meetings as and when required. Different committeess are formed for different tournaments. They are preparing themselves.''
Dessai said appointing administrator for the Association was not possible.
