Fuel Dispensing Continues Without Restrictions Across Bihar

Patna, May 20 (UNI) Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies, including Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), continue to maintain uninterrupted supplies of Petrol (MS), Diesel (HSD) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) across Bihar, despite prevailing global uncertainties impacting the Oil and Gas sector.
Official sources said here on Wednesday that the Oil Industry remains fully geared to ensure seamless availability of fuels through its extensive supply network comprising terminals, depots, LPG bottling plants, and retail outlets. Fuel dispensing operations are continuing smoothly across all outlets, and supplies are being maintained without any restrictions, in line with prescribed safety and operational norms.
According to the source, adequate stocks of petroleum products are available across the supply chain, and replenishment is being carried out continuously to efficiently meet genuine consumer demand. The state has 3,697 Retail Outlets and 8 supply locations. Every day, around 5700 KL Petrol (MS) and 9000 KL Diesel (HSD) are made available, according to the source.
