Four LeT associates arrested, arms and ammunition recovered in Bandipora

Srinagar, Jul 13 (UNI) Security forces arrested four associated of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) along with arms and ammunition, including three grenades and one UBGL, in north Kashmir district of Bandipora, a police spokesperson said on Monday.
He said acting on a specific input, police along with 13 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and 45 battalions of CRPF arrested a militant associate during a search operation in Chandargeer in Bandipora.
He said the accused was identified as Shafat Ahmad Dar, resident of Chandargeer. “Incriminating materials, including a live grenade, was recovered from his possession,” he said.
