Four devotees killed, 9 others injured as tourist bus collides with trailer in Jaunpur

Jaunpur (UP), Sep 15 (UP) Four persons were today killed, and nine others were injured when a tourist bus of devotees going from Ayodhya to Varanasi collided with a trailer near Sihipur railway crossing in Line Bazar area of Jaunpur district here in Uttar Pradesh, police sources said here.
Police sources said that while four devotees died on the spot, nine were seriously injured and have been admitted to the hospital.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Dr Kaustubh said that the devotees who came from Chhattisgarh in the bus had gone to Ayodhya to visit Lord Shri Ram, from where they were returning and going to Varanasi."On the way to Varanasi the bus in a bid to overtake the trailer on the highway near Sihipur railway crossing of Line Bazar police station area, collided with it," he said.
