Four Chandigarh players named in Indian squad for World Masters Badminton

Chandigarh, Mar 18 (UNI) Four Chandigarh players, Anil Sondhi, Varun Sharma, Aashish Sharma and Deepak Sharma, have been selected by the Badminton Association of India to represent the country at the World Masters Badminton Championships to be held in Poland in August this year.
These players were selected based on their outstanding performance at the recently concluded National Masters/Veterans Championships at Goa.
Impressive mementoes and full sports kits were presented to these players by the senior officials of the CBA, Mr TPS Puri(Advisor), Col.Raj Parmar(Sr. Vice President) and Mr. Surinder Mahajan (Gen Secy).
