Former CM Kumaraswamy meets DK Shivakuamr at Tihar jail

Bengaluru, Oct 21 (UNI) Former Karnataka Chief Minister and JD(S) leader HD Kumaraswamy on Monday met former Karnataka Minister and senior Congress leader DK Shivakumar at Tihar Jail in New Delhi.
Speaking to the reporters after meeting Shivakumar who is in judicial custody for alleged money laundering scam, Kumaraswamy said that it was a courtesy visit and ruled out any political angle.
He said, “It is vendetta politics that is going on against DK Shivakumar. Everyone knows about what is happening. Shivakumar has to be mentally prepared for the battle ahead. We are all with him and we know he will come out clean in the matter,” Kumaraswamy added.
