Entertainment » OtherPosted at: May 25 2016 7:52PM Forest officials seize 35 kg dried Sea Horses in TNRamanathapuram, Tamil Nadu May 25 (UNI) Tamil Nadu forest officials seized 35 kilograms of Sea Horses and arrested one person for attempting to smuggle the endangered marine species at Thondi bus stand here today. Official sources said acting on a tip off, the forest officials nabbed M.Suresh (35), hailing from Pudukottai district along with the dried Sea Horses. Suresh was attempting to smuggle them to Bengaluru in a private bus. Investigation revealed that Suresh procured the Sea Horses from local fishermen. The seized marine species was valued at Rs 14 lakh in the International market.
