Forest officials from three states decides to set up control rooms in border areas for forest protection

Hyderabad, Oct 29 (UNI) Higher forest officials from three states - Telangana, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh at a one-day workshop on Forest Protection, Timber Smuggling, Tiger Conservation and the growth of WildLife Habitats and Coordination between Inter states, held at Jayashankar Bhupalpally districts, have resolved to toughen security for setting up control rooms on both sides of the border areas.
As well as increasing vigilance through joint patrolling, coordination with the police department, meetings frequently under the guidance of senior officials to field level officers of the three states, also resolved at the conference, where held discussions among three state authorities accompanied the Police department of concerned states.
As part of exchange of information between three states, the officials decide to create WhatsApp groups with joint executives of the states.
