Guwahati, Jul 3 (UNI) From helping stranded students abroad to delivering medicines at the doorstep of remote villages in the state, Assam Police has been just a Tweet or Facebook post away, literally, during the COVID 19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown.
The COVID 19 pandemic has thrown up a ‘new normal’ for the world and Assam Police has been in the forefront in adapting to the situation, enlisting non-traditional means to increase its reach among the people and widening its array of service to the masses.
