Football players, actors, politicians, bureaucrats join volunteer service during lockdown

Kannur, Apr 15 (UNI) Prominent football players and coaches, film actors, politicians and bureaucrats have found time to do voluntary service during the Covid-19 lockdown by helping with relief efforts at the helpline centre opened by the district administration to provide food and medicine to the needy people in Kannur district.
Minister for Ports Ramachandran Kadanapally, District Collector T V Subash, former U-19 women coach and Indian Women's League (IWL) titled Gokulam Kerala FC coach Priya P V, Indian player and Jamshedpur FC attacker C K Vineeth, Kerala Santosh trophy captain V Midhun, South Indian actress Nikhila Vimal, actress Athmiya Rajan, Malayalam film actor Suresh Kizhattor among others joined the voluntary service at the District Panchayath call centre.
Priya has been assisting with the service since its beginning three weeks ago.
